High-pressure Hydrogen Supply Valve

Features

This main stop valve is attached to the high-pressure hydrogen tank, which stores the hydrogen used to power fuel cell vehicles at a maximum of 87.5 MPa.The valve measures the hydrogen coming into and going out of the tank (during charging of the tank and power generation) as well as the temperature of the gas inside the tank, and also has the function to safely release the gas from the tank in critical situations.

Reliable operation under harsh conditions
The valve is designed to reliably operate and seal the tank in extreme low temperatures as well as high-temperature environments. It has a working temperature range of -40ºC to 85ºC.

Small enough to fit inside the mouth of the tank
The solenoid valve structure is designed especially for in-tank use, and is therefore made to be compact enough to fit within the inside diameter of the tank mouth.A forged aluminum body reduces the weight of the valve.

Conforms to the Global Technical Regulation concerning hydrogen and fuel cell vehicles (GTR No. 13)
