1956 12 Keihin Seiki Manufacturing Co., Ltd. established in Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture with capital of 7 million yen
1957 3 With the completion of plant facilities, began processing and repair of automobile parts
8 Completed prototype motorcycle carburetor
9 Used in Honda Motors' "Dream" and Fuji Heavy Industries' "Rabbit"
1963 5 Developed carburetor for automobiles, supplied to Honda Motors
1964 12 Listed in the Second Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange
1969 8 Carburetor main plant completed in Kakuda City, Miyagi Prefecture (now Kakuda Plant 1)
